Hi, I'm Jess Dutschmann. I write, make things, tinker with computers, cast bronze, play with my dog, and enjoy gardening and video gaming. I believe that blogging is both fun and the future (again), and have decided to go personal and low-tech with this. Do you remember when the internet was fun? Help me bring it back. I will delve into that, arts, culture, writing, and tech through a playful, joyful but critical mindset.
I will be posting my own works in progress and finished works, the works of creators I admire, and reviews of the Mid-Atlantic art scene--plus more. I make a mean soda bread, which might show up too; I promise I won't tell my life story before the ingredients.
